I am so glad to almost be done with this term. I never thought I would be done. But it is the last week and I have one final done and the next almost completed. Wahoo!!
Mark is about half way in his summer class (so weird...I'm done and he's barely half way). He isn't too fond of this class. Mostly because he is required to write a 35 page paper...yup 35 pages. That is pretty bad but at least it's the only class he has to focus on.
The boys are getting bigger as always. T man is in a booster and Alex weighs in at almost 30 pounds. these kids are going to eat us out of house and home before they turn 10! I am getting better about the Texas summers...just took three years. But we are all doing well.

He Lives: Testimonies of Jesus Christ
Beautiful and eloquent. I love hearing of their sweet testimonies of the Savior.

Life Moves On.
Mark's done with his "2 class semester" WAHOO...YIPPEE...HOORAY! I am so glad it's done. I am glad to see him home more now and he did well in his classes: I am so proud of him. It took a lot...a lot of effort on his part, but he did it. He told me that some of the other students that did the same two classes didn't do as well, so that, I think, makes him realize that all the effort he put into his classes was worth it.
Alex is beginning to really ramp up his vocabulary and he understand a lot more than I realize. That kid is just too smart for his own good. He is also the sweetest boy I have ever had the privilege of knowing.
Tyler was discharged from speech therapy because he was doing so well. He is a lot easier to understand now, but there are times when I guess his brain is working faster than his mouth, so he can still be a little hard to understand. But he is loving life and his little brother.
I am well into my third term in the pathway's program (you can look it up at buyi.edu/pathways). It is a lot of work (especially for my religion class) but I am learning a lot and doing a lot of growing up. I need see find where I put my pictures, so more of those later. Hope y'all are doing well. Much love from the South.

All is right in the world...
Right. So not everything is right in the world, but one can hope. Alex and Tyler never cease to amaze me with their superior intellect nor with their clever wit. They are funny kids. The other day, I walked in to the bathroom to check on Tyler...he was in for a little longer the normal and was quiet. That can only mean one of two things (usually it means he is getting into things he isn't suppose to be in). However, when I open the door, he was passed out. He had his head laying on the tall stood we have in there zonked out for not the first time, but the second. The things kids do. :)
Also in news, now that my classes are into the swing of things, I have an on going project I am suppose to add to and update throughout the term. Please feel free to visit it and see what you think. I have titled it "Wisdom in Revelation" (you can click on the title to get there or it is listed at the top of my links to the right). I thought it was great idea and hope to continually add to it in years to come.

My, how things change...
It's already been a year? Over a year now huh? What a long year it has been...children are born and family members die. Well, here is what I know. Alex is getting bigger by the hour. He is now 24 pounds and only a head shorter than Tyler...in reality, he's a beastie that is always (always) eating. Tyler goes to school twice a week for speech therapy...I have uploaded a picture of him in his first ride (yikes...I'm getting old). These boys of mine are continually making me laugh, keeping me on my toes, and I am learning a lot as a mom and as a person. Mark is in his third semester of masters classes...what a headache! It's just that he wanted to test the waters with a full time job and two classes...all I have to say is arrrrrrrrrrrrg. He's doing well though. We (meaning me and the boys...mostly the boys) don't get to see him very much during the week. We are in spring break right now, so hopefully the boys will feel like they have a dad (if only for a week).
We are moving up in the world, we are currently renting a town house with our on house on the horizon. We shall see how that goes. My little sister is serving her mission in Pocatello, Idaho. She seems to be having fun and serving the Lord. Well, I need to get dinner started...wahoo! Enjoy the pictures from the last year...more to be uploaded soon. Thanks for hangin' in there while I go on a blog fast of sorts. Be back soon.

The irony of it all
So...in the last post I said that we made it to 34weeks. Well we did, but at 2am that very same night I started to have contractions and by 4 am was admitted into the hospital. They did a bunch of tests to see why I was contracting but came up with nothing. They gave me a couple different medications to stop the contractions and almost 12 hours after being admitted the contractions stopped and I was released. Yeah, fun stuff. Now everything is pretty much back to normal (as far as normal was anyway) and life continues on.

34 weeks...
Well folks, we've made it to 34 weeks. That may seem like an odd milestone for some people, but for us, it was huge since by this time in Tyler's pregnancy we were preparing for delivery. So...WAHOO! Though we are having a boy, we are having some difficulty deciding on a name. We have a few that we like, a few more that we hate and a handful that are possibilities. I guess we'll figure all that out when the baby is not in my ribs anymore. I swear, that is his favorite kick-boxing place!! grrrr...ouch. So, now, depending on the day, I feel like I should be going into labor; though I still have a month left...give or take a couple of weeks.
As far as the other boys go, Tyler is learning lots and is talking much more clearly and using more words. He has his moments when he thinks screaming is better, arg. Mark is doing great as well. He's getting into class finals and a project he and a few co-workers developed for a work competition is being looked at for practical use. I'm so proud of that man, he does so much for our family and especially for me.
Hope all the family is doing well. Much love.
